Lynne Jacobs offers a unique blend of yoga,mindful meditation, and somatic movement therapy.  This mindful approach allows students  to drop deeper into their yoga and meditation practice resulting in improved range of motion, improved structural integration, decrease in physical and mental tension, a calmer mind and a overall increased sense of well being.

Lynne offers this unique style of practice called Integrative Somatic Yoga throughout the U.S. and internationally through workshops, retreats, and advanced teacher trainings, as well as online  private sessions and workshops.
